  • Cited By — subsequent cases which cite the judgment, including whether Considered (CON), Distinguished (DIS), or Followed, Applied, Allowed (FAA)

Searchable fields are marked above with an asterisk

(*)

The legislation service consists of two sets of documents covering a twelve month period, which includes within that time:

  • new bills and acts and their progress through parliament;
  • all amendments made to existing acts and subordinate legislation;
  • any other legislative information that appears in the government gazette; and
  • judgment names and details from Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Mental Health Tribunal and Health Practitioners Tribunal which have cited legislation, listed under the acts and sections considered.
